REFUND ELIGIBILITY
At Obinrin Farms, we strive to provide the highest quality fresh products. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise.

NO REFUNDS AFTER SHIPMENT
Important: Due to the perishable nature of our products (fresh seeds, plants, and gardening supplies), we do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement, before the order has been processed and shipped.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND (BEFORE SHIPMENT)
To cancel an order and request a refund before it ships:
- Contact us immediately at obinrinfarms@gmail.com
- Provide your order number
- Request cancellation before the order is processed
- Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of cancellation approval

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive damaged products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a fair resolution.
