NO RETURNS ON PERISHABLE ITEMS
Due to the perishable and living nature of our products, Obinrin Farms does not accept returns on:
- Fresh seeds and seedlings
- Live plants
- Fresh produce and herbs
- Any other biological products
WHY NO RETURNS?
Our products are living organisms and fresh items that cannot be restocked once they leave our facility. We prioritize food safety and hygiene standards, which is why returns of consumable and biological products are not possible.
NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS ONLY
If you purchase non-perishable gardening tools or supplies, these items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original unopened packaging
- Returned within 14 days of order delivery
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive damaged or defective non-perishable items, please:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- Include your order number
We will work to provide a replacement or appropriate remedy.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return for eligible items:

2. Describe the issue and include photos if applicable
3. Wait for our approval before shipping the item back
4. Upon inspection, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
