Due to the sensitive nature of seeds and the storage conditions after delivery, returns are generally not accepted once products have been dispatched.

If you receive the wrong item, incomplete quantity, or a damaged package, contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos where applicable.

Each case is reviewed individually. Where validated, we provide a practical resolution which may include replacement, store credit, or another mutually agreed remedy.

Delivery Policy

At Obinrin Farms, orders are processed immediately after payment. Delivery: Lagos – 24–72 business hours; outside Lagos – 2–7 business days. Timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.

Refund Policy

At Obinrin Farms, we take pride in carefully packaging and dispatching all orders to ensure quality and accuracy. Refunds are only available if your order has not yet been shipped.
